Motives

 

The search for a more efficient organisation, better prepared to compete in the international market, the objective of attracting new clients and maintaining old ones, have led to I2S decision on implementing a Quality Management System, accredited by the attribution of a Quality Certification on February, 9th, 2004. The norm selected, ISO 9001, allows a management by processes, not focusing on the mere execution of tasks but on getting the expected results (measured by indicators) and assuring client satisfaction.

CLIENT FOCUS: The satisfaction of client needs and expectations is crucial for I2S business success. An attitude of excellence in the provision of services to the client shall be a constant concern.

EMPLOYEES AS A SUCCESS FACTOR. Employees with competence, initiative and motivation are the base for I2S success. Their permanent training and knowledge update, a good working environment where they can identify with the culture implemented within the company and which encourages team spirit, are aspects to be considered.

PARTNERSHIPS REINFORCE BUSINESS. The quality of our products and services depends on the quality of our partners (suppliers and others) and of their products and services. The selection of partners and the establishment of the best relationship practices must be given permanent attention.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Well designed, controlled and continuously improved company processes are only possible if everyone is committed.
