It allows managing policyholders, proposals and policies in a portfolio, from the parties associated to each insurance (company, commercial structure, tied agent).

It allows a complete control of receipts' lifecycle – input, validation (manual or automatic), collection and payment to the company – considering limit dates, according to the norms in force (rules configured by the user).

It allows accompanying the evolution of each claim process, using a table of situations defined by the user, registering the parties associated to each process. It enables a complete integration of the processing of indemnity and reimbursement receipts, allowing final accounts in the collection and rendering of accounts to the company.

It was created with the aim of planning, organising and managing the research of new clients and contracts, as well as the renewal of a portfolio, before the completion of insurance proposals and policies.

The 3G application includes a group of modules which allow the import and export of information from and to external systems, namely companies (new policies and changes, receipts collected and issued, rendering of accounts), banks (bank transfers – sending and return), SIBS (ATM – sending and return) and subagents (debit notes).

Application hosted on an Internet server, which allows information consulting (proposals, policies, receipts) by clients or other external parties.

Autonomous application which directly articulates with the processing of receipts, current accounts and with the management of payments. Account codes and description of accounting entries are configurable by the user.

Intuitive interface, with an attractive and up-to-date design. The application allows a natural integration with the Windows environment and its most common applications. Information can be searched by a combination of several criteria, and the result of each search makes available all the programme options for the document (policy, receipt, etc.).
